In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

If you are found to be underage, your Account will be immediately closed, any funds deposited will be returned where practicable, and all winnings will be forfeited.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are responsible for choosing a secure password and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 92pak9 will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat or telephone. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately via [email protected].
Account activation may require email or mobile number verification. The Platform reserves the right to delay activation pending satisfactory completion of any required verification steps. Full Account functionality, including withdrawals, is contingent on completion of KYC verification as described in Section 9.
The Platform is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may use the Platform to access gambling products and related informational content subject to these Terms. Any other use — including commercial exploitation, data harvesting or systematic access by automated means — is expressly prohibited.

Available deposit methods are determined by the Operator and may change without notice. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment channels — including mobile wallets such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, instant transfer via Raast, and bank transfers through institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. These references do not imply that any named payment provider endorses, supports or is affiliated with gambling operations. Where supported by the Operator, account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is applied at the Operator's published rate. The Platform is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party conversion charges applied by your bank or wallet provider.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited on the Platform originate from sources owned by you and that their origin is lawful. The Platform reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks as part of AML compliance and to request supporting documentation where required.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Users who have: (a) completed KYC verification to the Operator's satisfaction; (b) met all applicable bonus wagering requirements associated with any active or pending bonus; and (c) ensured the withdrawal account name matches the registered Account name exactly.
The Operator reviews withdrawal requests before processing. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pak9 and its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
92pak9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including (but not limited to) where a User has: breached these Terms; provided false information; been found to be underage; engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity; or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other users.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed subject to standard verification requirements and provided no bonuses are pending fulfilment of wagering conditions.
Upon Account closure, any remaining bonus credit is forfeited. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. Users acknowledge that this may differ from the laws of Pakistan and accept that disputes will be resolved in the appropriate legal forum of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under Pakistani consumer law to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded.
92pak9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.
If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.2.
